I am a real nurse.
I generally only post when I am at work, on nights +/or slacking off - which is frequently.
Despite what you may read in my LJ I actually like my job and am not a totally evil twisted bitch. I am actually very nice and someone you would be very happy to have looking after your granny (if she happened to have had, say, a massive MI. Not that I am wishing that on your granny. Who I am sure is very nice. And healthy. For an old lady.
